An's Saigon

Had a chance to dine in at this Michelin Guide restaurant during our trip visiting Saigon and it was a great one. The restaurant is well-designed from an old mansion to a cafe-restaurant-spa complex with huge outdoors seatings, high ceiling and lots of greenery scene. The atmosphere inside was cozy and welcoming, staff was friendly and very attentive. Food was sure the highlight of the day, we love a good twist on traditional Vietnamese cuisine and the use of local ingredients. We ordered: Smoked Salmon watermelon salad, Burrata Dalat Tomato, Crispy Rice Paper (so good with the creamy dipping sauce), Bulot La Lot, Seafood Banh Goi, Pork Ribs, and Hue Beef Cheek. Everything was well-seasoned, lots of creativity, and my favorite was definitely the Seafood Banh Goi! The overall experience was exceptional, we’d love to be back and try the Chef’s Table when we have a chance. Highly recommended!

A peaceful and quiet place for morning coffee and brunch (though sometimes crowed in the weekends). For brunch and lunch, I personally love the rice dish and highly recommend it (I forgot to take photo since I finished it too fast LOL). I also love the salad here as you can taste how fresh it is and it complements well with other dishes too. For dinner, they have chef course, which is a totally different setting and atmosphere, where you sit in a room with chef serving dishes and explaining the meaning of the dish, the inspiration and the origin of the ingredients. I can’t explain well with words and it’s something you can only feel when you experience it. It will worth every penny of yours. In addition you need to book in advance for chef course. The staff here are friendly and caring, to the point where I feel like we are friends. Though some cases I saw a few people being reminded politely of their etiquette at the cafe area. Please be mindful of your surroundings and other guests since everyone wants to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere with their friends. The restaurant team is also heeding to your comments and suggestions. I feel like the team here is very self driven to refine themselves to a better version everyday. That’s all for my great experience at this hidden gem

The experience is amazing ❤️❤️❤️ We spent more than 6 hours there.and went back again for the next time. The food is creative , delicate And delicious. The chef is very friendly and service is on top of things. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!
