Excellent experience learning about the different coffees of Colombia! Highly recommend the coffee tour where the staff will allow you to smell beans of different regions/varieties before you choose which you prefer. They will then explain different brewing methods and allow you to choose which one you would like. Very informative in a relaxed, light filled atmosphere.

Filtered coffee tasting was awesome. They took us through 12 different beans and roasting styles. We selected the Tabi and Mocha. They then moved us to the bar where we selected the brew style - we both chose a filtered pour over but with different filters. This changed the acidity and sweetness of each bean. The coffee shop has a standard offering if you’d rather grab a drink and chill in one of their several rooms. In the back is a great courtyard patio. Would highly recommend. Beans to purchase were around $16USD for 250g.

We did the 12 hour Finca Jaguar coffee tour and it was absolutely AMAZING! we started in the coffee shop and played a fun game of trying to guess the coffees with Damien and smelling and tasting/making some coffee. We then tried some different coffees from the barista machine (definitely buying a machine for my house). We then went for lunch which was delicious! Then we picked our own coffee beans on Diego/Freddy's farm. The family were very kind and the farm was great. They helped me out with some mosquito bites too. We picked our beans and Freddy showed up the whole process of how the beans are quality checked. Diego provided great translation for the whole day when needed. We also visited the roasting factory and tried MORE coffee. Diego, Freddy, and Damien were all great and I'd highly recommend this tour to anybody who likes coffee.

Very hipster joint inside a classic Colonial home with many rooms to meet, work or flop in surrounded by contemporary art and cool designs: centerpieced with a glassed-in old school-style San Franciscan roaster. Janet drew me in as I was snapping pics outside for my Cool Cats of Candelaria collection. What a sweetheart! I also met Oscar and the were both as charming as can be. I had my favs cacao in hot water without sugar and a delish pineapple juice in the same fashion. Spending an hour was fun and I got a bar of 100% cocoa to go; including playing a lovely old upright piano with ivory keys. Vegan here, so not advocating for their return and crminal how many elephants were slaughtered wholesale for Victorian keyboards. Those days, thankfully, are long over, but the construction of the casing and sound quality of many of those old harps is unique and the sound quite beautiful, as is this one.
