PUC Coffee

The coffee was great. I had a flat white, and my husband had a black coffee. We both enjoyed our drinks. I love the decor. The place looks so cool. The staff are nice. My only issue is that they do not have a card machine in this time and age. Bank transfers are so inconvenient. I mean, it's 2023, and they are not yet cashless. This is a huge issue for me in Brunei, I don't understand why they are hesitant about keeping up with the current time.

Service is so bad. They played loud club music when we just came in, and had to wait more than 10 minutes for an americano. And I'm the only customer. I was sitting outside. While they were making my coffee, they were being loud. Which is so unprofessional and unhygienic. Had to go to counter and asked, and my coffee was on the counter. Did they not want to bring it to my table? I don't know. And the coffee is not filtered properly. You can see the grinds. This is my first encounter ever to see unproperly made coffee at a cafe. Coffee is not good.

First off, the parking is horrendous. Have to park super far away at a random simpang and walk there. Then to be greeted by staff that seemed unhappy to serve me, like giving off a little bit of attitude and basically being rude. The coffee itself is very dry and bitter but not the worst I had. Seating outside is literally so hot and I can’t even enjoy myself without getting stung by mosquitoes constantly

Cake was very good! Coffee too… ambience was good, aesthetically pleasing. Limited space indoors but plenty space outdoors so best to come when weather isn’t scorching hot.
