Wow! As a traveler who's had a few too many Philly cheese steaks around the world, this has to be by far the best tasting one I've ever tried. Thanks to that Srilankan taste palette, they have achieved the most flavorful/perfectly balanced Philly Cheese steak. On top of that, the Gotukola Pesto and Pepper Grilled Chicken Panini is a blast of the most wonderful flavors. If you're craving some of the best flavored meaty/protein sandwiches on the island, look no further, come and try you'll see what I mean. The focaccia bread they use is fantastic and grilled perfectly, the clove/cardamom tea and new Lotus Biscoff Cookie Ice cream are sweet and a wonderful additions to the meal. So happy, definitely coming back ☀️

PhishBun Cafe I recently had a very disappointing experience with PhishBun Cafe, located in O2 Cafe in WSO2. While I genuinely love their food especially their chicken pizza, hot chocolate, and milkshakes, which are among the best I’ve had I was deeply let down by the owner’s behavior. I was refused service for reasons that appeared to stem from personal issues rather than professional ones. As a paying customer, I believe personal grievances should never interfere with business operations. A business should remain professional, welcoming, and separate from any personal matters. On the day of my visit, I enjoyed a chicken pizza, an iced tea, and a hot chocolate, all of which were excellent. I even recommended their food to friends because of its quality. However, after that day, I was refused service when I returned, despite being willing to pay like any other customer. This lack of professionalism reflects poorly on the cafe. A business, especially in the food and hospitality industry, should prioritize creating a friendly, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all customers. Personal issues or misunderstandings should never affect customer service. While the food itself deserves a five-star rating, this incident has left me feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues, as a more professional approach would greatly enhance their reputation and ensure customer loyalty. Based on this experience, I can only give one star for now, despite my appreciation for the quality of the food. These claims are not only harmful and damaging to my reputation but also constitute defamation, for which I can take legal action if necessary. 3. Regarding My Review: My review was written based on my experience as a customer and focused solely on the quality of service and professionalism at your establishment. It was not personal or defamatory, and I am entitled to share my experience. I strongly urge you to reconsider the tone and content of your reply, as it crosses both ethical and legal boundaries. Personal grievances should never be addressed in this manner, especially in a public forum. I expect an immediate retraction and an apology for the defamatory statements made against me. Let this be a reminder that professionalism and mutual respect are essential, regardless of past interactions.
