via GoogleI love this weird little cafe. It’s weird only because it’s technically part of the Hilton Hotel, so it’s not an independent coffee shop; but it also doesn’t feel like a “hotel café”. The only time it does, is when you pay, where you have to go up front and it feels more like you’re checking out of a hotel than paying for an espresso. Anyway, the vibe is like an old fashioned saloon, they have plenty of nice pastry options, the service is impeccable, and most importantly, they brew coffee from Devoción roasters, which produces phenomenal coffee. If you brew at home, make sure to buy a bag. I come back here every time I visit Bogotá, and will continue to do so.

via GoogleSuper cool coffee spot! Its in the Hilton and made to loo like an old apothecary. Very nicely done. These guys know their coffee, work closely with tier growers, and they know how to not only pull a shot, but also make really nice latte art. We bought beans to go, and loved them!

via GoogleEasy to get a shot of espresso for takeaway. And unlike many other coffee shops, they don't ask if you want to add voluntary service tip. Espresso is a bit sour.
