Libertario Coffee Roasters - Calle 70a

Lovely cafe and good coffee! It was so close to my hotel I popped in a couple of times. I like their outside seating area and the lady working there was super lovely both times!

I had come to this cafe in a previous visit so I came once again. The vibe, especially the outside seating area, is quite nice. Lamentably, my food and drink experience were less than nice this time. I realize that tastes are subjective, but I’ve gone to over a dozen large and small cafes in Bogota and the espresso is almost always dialed in and well balanced; this shot in Libertario was far too acidic. To add insult to injury, the only small sweet pastry left was a chocolate chip cookie that looked a little off to begin with, and then I find out it was gluten free (not labeled) and genuinely was the worst cookie I’ve ever put in my mouth. I left it there after one bite. When I mentioned it to the server, as feedback; his response was “we all have different tastes”. This visit ended up literally and figuratively leaving a bad taste in my mouth, so I left and went to The Coffee Corner nearby and had a much better food and service experience.

Great place for a rainy day ! The coffee is amazing. We even purchased some to take back home. The guy at the cashier was the kindest. Great sandwiches. Love the design and vibe. 100% recommended

The single origin coffee here is so gooood. Only Columbian coffee here but you’ll know why when you try them!
