Nice ambience and lot of tuntable to choose

The service is absolutely terrible and their 'Brad' machines are not worth the money at all. I had a problem with the machine out of the box and I went back to the retailer to get a new one, I noticed after getting a new one that again the rotation speed was very uneven. I took it directly to their shop and they tested it, agreeing that there was an issue. They took in the machine and my details, telling me they would be in touch in a week to update me. Two weeks went by no call so I showed up to the shop. Before me was a couple who had brought in the same model for the same problem. They could not find any record of my machine and told me to contact their admin on LINE. Now they have no idea where my item is and the admin is barely responding. After sales is useless and they obviously have issues with their Brad model players. Of course they don't seem to care all that much.
