Our dining experience had its ups and downs! While the wait for our food felt a bit lengthy, once it arrived, it was worth it. The burgers we tried were delicious and left us smiling! On the downside, the communication with the staff was a bit tricky. , but I have to give them credit for their efficiency—they knew how to get things done! One thing that surprised me was the restaurant's visibility. I’ve driven down that road for years and never even noticed it was there! The advertisement could use a little boost to attract more attention. Despite these hiccups, I still think this place has great potential. If you’re in the area, definitely give it a try! ✨

Nice relax green place in middle of Nairobi city. Kids friendly with outdoor tables. You could enjoy a good coffee and food. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Brunch times or lunch times don’t hesitate to go to this relax and chill place.

Pallet cafe has the most beautiful outdoor space. The garden lifts your mood immediately. The concept of the cafe is unique--all the waiters are deaf. There's a helpful sign language guide on the menu, and the servers are really attentive. I had no issues communicating. It's also a great place to work because there's an outlet in reach of almost every table. The wifi at times is a bit slow, but otherwise funcitonal. The food is great as well, but I would say the space and the service shine through most.

Today I had the prawn creamy linguine and a firebomb smoothie. So yummy! I have been here many times in the past and they never disappoint! The fact that they support & employ deaf staff endears them to me even more! Very cozy atmosphere if you want a quiet place to work from, enjoy a brunch, coffee or meal. Very green
