via GoogleLiked the convenience, very friendly receptionist at the CapitaLand office reception area. Chunyan from Ucommune is very friendly and I can just WhatsApp her to get help to book for Bugis and other locations. She will also notify me if my guests arrived before me. I am looking to renew my next block of meeting rooms booking with her the next time I am in Bugis. Place is spacious and good lighting, feels cosy

via GoogleDate of visit: 2nd Feb 2023 Type of visit: Day Pass @ UCOMMUNE (Bugis Junction) I was looking forward to having a focused, productive day but it was quite an underwhelming visit due to these reasons: 1. Lack of proper desks I arrived at 930am and was left with the choice of high-top, bar-style tables or sofas with a coffee table. Having sat on a stool with minimal lumbar support the entire day, I'd say it was not the most pleasant experience. 2. Noise levels Throughout the day, there were constant chatters ongoing. Discussions, interviews, virtual calls. Imagine being at a Starbucks with simultaneous conversations going on. It can be really disruptive and distracting if you're trying to do your work. Thoroughly surprised by the noise levels. I mean even with ANC headphones; you'd be distracted by the amount of movement ongoing around you. I would think of ucommune more as a networking space than a space to maximise individual productivity. And this statement can be further supported by the lack of proper desks available. I definitely won't be back anytime soon. The view's nice though.
