Ikehachi white tea, the tea flavor isn't too bitter, and it has a strong umami flavor (the grain flavor 🌾 is very strong; some people might find it overpowering, as taste is subjective). (I've had Taipei AK matcha before, and I didn't find the unsweetened Yunhe matcha bitter either, but the umami flavor was very strong with a sea urchin fishy taste.) 2. Beautiful Hydrangea Soft Serve Ice Cream This is so delicious 🤤 I originally thought it wouldn't have much matcha flavor, but it was surprisingly quite matcha 🍵 (and you get a discount on drinks when you buy ice cream). There's no minimum spend at this shop. The owner is a young, handsome, and shy guy 🫣. The service is excellent! It's a bit of a shame that because it's a small shop, the environment is a bit stuffy, and there's no restroom 🚽. But if you're looking to try Taichung's famous matcha, I think it's a great place!
