via GoogleThe design and atmosphere of this coffee shop have a distinct Japanese charm—cozy, inviting, and thoughtfully curated. The owner is incredibly friendly and manages everything on her own, which adds a personal and heartfelt touch to the experience. I heard the shop was originally her grandmother’s house, which she lovingly transformed into her dream café. The vibe is peaceful and positive, making it a perfect spot to relax. We especially enjoyed the coffee and the matcha custard dorayaki with sweet red bean—delicious! A lovely place to unwind.

via Google靜謐又有美感的老屋咖啡廳氛圍。環境、餐食都營造著這樣的氣氛,坐在裡面彷彿時光靜止了,心和胃都被療癒。開心果系列、桂花系列咖啡都無敵美味😋

A tranquil and beautiful old-house café atmosphere. The ambiance and food perfectly complement this feeling; sitting inside feels like time has stood still, a truly healing experience for both the soul and the stomach. The pistachio and osmanthus coffees are absolutely delicious! 😋Lorelie Donn Manalo
via GoogleI went here in March 2025. Since then, I’ve been dreaming of coming back. This cafe is quietly-seated in a residential area, along the maze of small alleys. Unintentionally finding this cafe felt like a warm welcome on my first day in Kaohsiung. The place is cozy, peaceful, and aesthetic — perfect for slow days and for when you just want to take in the little joys of every day. Drink and pastry I ordered were both good! Which were carefully made by the owner herself (Chiao). More than the place and the food, I would always remember the warm interaction with Chiao. Even with language difference, she patiently chatted with me thru google translate, sharing how the cafe started and her love for coffee, arts, and Studio Ghibli. As someone who loves trying out local and small cafes, I would say this is my best cafe experience so far ♥️
