피피커피 PP coffee

This was one of the best coffee experiences we ever had. We came in the cafe during heavy rains. The owner welcomed us very nicely and showed us around his coffee place. He really is a great master knowing so much about the whole topic of coffee. He himself designed his own brewing equipment which he uses for making drip coffee. The coffee he prepared for us was absolutely delicious. He also fixes coffee machines and owns his own plantation together with his wife in the Philippines. A must visit when you are in Seoul. Was never into hand drip coffee but decided to try PP coffee as I heard the owner is passionate about coffee. I’ve been converted!!! Had 2 hand drip coffees, one bean from Rwanda and one from Kenya and they were both really good - deep flavour, super smooth and delicious!! Will 100% be back whenever we come to Seoul :)

Loved the vibes and the coffee. Uncle specializes in drip coffee. He is dedicated to his craft and was excited to show us how he roast his own beans. He treated us with some of his homemade castella cake and chocolates.

Double shot espresso was smooth and the fresh velvety crema was nice. Beans seem very fresh. Hand drip coffee is pretty immaculate. Slight fruit taste with no bitterness at all.
