Definitely recommend this incredible small coffee shop in Pakse opened a few weeks ago, by a passionate coffee and pastries lover. The owner, an engineer who studied in France has been doing looots of R&D to master the skills of making some tasty pastries in the heat of Pakse! The R&D paid off and I can 100% recommend the delicious homemade bread, pains au chocolat and pains aux raisins! The coffee arabica comes from the owner’s family plantation. We can feel the true passion and the care for this delicious coffee, which was awarded Grade A. Definitely recommend you to ask more coffee stories from the owner! The homemade blackberry jam is also delicious! Wishing a lot of success to this beautiful shop who is promoting local products and knowledge made by passionate people!
