via GoogleBest pour over coffee place near Taipei main station. It was light and aromatic, which is hard to do with v60 style of extraction. Owners are very courteous and polite. He even open the door for all customers. Talk with a smile and tried his best to speak English. Located little out of the way but a nice hidden gem. The owners are very well knowledge of their beans. Seems like they might be roasting their own beans too. All dine in coffee comes with a side of roasted nuts. Would be nice if they have long shelf life snack like cookies, brownies, fermented fruit to purchase.
