This is the kind of place that truly knows its strengths and stays focused on what it does best. That dedication and consistency are genuinely admirable. A true hidden gem for delicious ramen. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely recommend it to our family and friends. Wishing the team all the very best ka! 😊

I came here because the supposed best ramen spot in was a 40 minute drive. I walked in and was greeted with a wonderful service from the front. When you walk in, the atmosphere is wonderful. Smooth jazz, a faint smell of the kitchen, a retro style design for the whole place, with old tvs, vinyls, and wooden furniture. The design of even the menus feels cozy and warm, with every part of this place feeling inviting. The most important part, being the food is not hindered by any of this. The service is quick, the food is fresh, and it made me come back the day after to try more. The small plates are perfect to pick at and the mains are filling. It’s best to get a main with 2ish sides, as this place has such a broad selection of food. Notably, the Takoyaki was phenomenal, crunchy outside and soft inside. The hot / spicy ramen with chasu pork is incredible, with the meat literally falling apart in your chopsticks. Then the pork gyozas, I don’t even really like gyozas too much, but this place made them perfect and I loved them. I rarely leave reviews, but this quiet shop is worth it. I will be coming back to Bangkok, partially because of this place.

Tonkotsu Ramen is not too salty. Love all side dishes I ordered, especially the eggplant 😍 Tsukemen was really great, too, with thick style ramen noodle that can nicely covered/absorbed with the thicker broth. Staff were kind and helpful tho. Going to recommend this shop to my moots for sure.

This is a truly hidden gem in every way. Who expects a decent ramen bowl with the price one would expect a decade ago in an old Thai wooden house near the tourism area? They mainly serve Tonkotsu Ramen (Kyoshu Style Pork Bone Broth) which is great, but I also recommend Tsukemen which is also very good. Be aware that the ramens' portion is quite large that you wouldn't expect at this price in 2026. The place itself is so stylish. Wooden interior with vintage hipster decoration is certainly Instagrammable. Finally, the greatest part about this place is that there aren't any good ramen eatery in "old town" Bangkok for a while, so the ramen fans in the area do not need to wander in the the central of Bangkok City get a decent bowl of ramen anymore.

With the look and feel of a small Japanese house open to the outside, 372 Ramen And Sake instantly charms with its intimate vibe. The upstairs area, tastefully arranged, offers a particularly warm, cozy atmosphere that gives that rare and comforting feeling of being welcomed at a friend's table. In the bowl, it borders on perfection: this is undeniably one of Bangkok's finest spots for ramen, and honestly one of the best bowls I have ever had. The balance is remarkable: the hint of spice highlights the broth without ever overwhelming the palate, letting every topping showcase its own distinct texture and flavor profile. The appetizers maintain the same high standard, highlighted by gyozas seared to perfection—crispy on the outside and tender inside. To round off the meal, the cheesecake impresses with its rich cheese flavor and just the right amount of sweetness—so good you could almost fault them for serving a slightly modest slice. Front of house, the service matches the kitchen: warm, attentive, and effortlessly thoughtful, the staff welcomes every guest with disarming kindness and genuine care. Another major highlight: prices remain very affordable for such craftsmanship and freshness. A complete triumph combining generosity, culinary precision, and an eye for detail. A memorable spot I would return to in a heartbeat!
