60分的店coffee咖啡下午茶（星期一,星期日,店休)

Good cafe, good atmosphere, and owner is too much kind. I visited there few days ago with my colleagues for a coffee and the way he served us and gave us free service as well was too kind of him. The picture is of the free service which he gave us. It was delicious and the coffee was good too.

I went for the coffee tasting set. The coffee beans are of very high quality. For the ice drip coffee, I chose sun-dried light roast, which has a rich aroma and a sweet aftertaste. The Sicilian coffee has just the right lemon acidity, perfect for cooling down and quenching thirst. The honey coffee features a honey fragrance that complements the subtle coffee aroma, making it very special. I recommend savoring it slowly, as different temperatures allow you to enjoy various layers of flavor!

The cafe is operated by a retired gentleman named liu shi fen. It sounds like 60 min in Chinese mandarin and hence the name of the cafe. 60 is super warm and a delight to meet and chat. He loves what he does and wholeheartedly loves to share his home made pastries and cakes and his own coffee, which is great by the way! As we arrived late in the evening, we sat till his shop closes and he even took us on a cycling route to show us around and had dinner with us. The experience left us an indelible and wonderful memory of the warmth of this place and its people. Thank you Mr Liu or rather 60min cafe! We definitely will come back to the cafe if we are back in Taichung again.

imagine a café where the barista(owner) pours his heart into making a great place. that's how i describe it. the café is very comfortable, it's very aesthetic. the owner told me he himself designed and built the decoration and such. well, you can not make a good café without a good coffee, well, the Cold Brew is very good, i tried the one that has some slight winey taste of some sort, it's fragrant and taste very smooth. the honey toast is very delicious, i don't know what kind of honey the owner used, but it's really great and the owner is very kind! Thumbs Up!
