Great matcha latte but wished that they provide glasswares for dine ins (as seen on their insta account).

The coffee is not that strong tho I ordered the hot coffee with 2 shots espresso. They said it was strawless but the fact that they served in a plastic cup is just an irony. But if you just looking for aestethic coffee shop, go ahead as the place is quite good.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, and the ‘bandung’ vibes really come up with this place. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. Oh, and the ‘Nasi Goreng Merah’ menu is a must-try!

I love the grooviness of this cafe that is captured in the 70’s style of interior and its transition between the spaces. The latte was yummy and quite sweet. The room tends to be an outdoor area; therefore, if you prefer the cooler temperature of the room, you can sit upstairs (which has an air conditioner, but the room is still an open space). The competitive advantage of 996 Council is how it is combined with distros and vinyl shops, which add vibrancy and make it a fun place to hang out.

996 Council is such a cozy spot, especially when it’s raining in Bandung—it felt so romantic! I loved the aesthetic vibe of the second-floor seating area, which was perfect for enjoying the moment. The coffee was great, making it an ideal place to unwind and soak in the atmosphere🪩☕️
