This place is where i know by instinct not to come but i was invited so here I am. Let's start with service. Staff take our wrong order twice in a row which is one thing but they do offer change the drink so that ok BUT what with the can we use the take away cup? I know it is 1h before close but that is pure disrespect for a shop that trying to create an high-end experience. The whole place scream out dont stay here, just order the take away. I know that customer staying for too long is a problem but: a, this place already place a very high price tag on everything so sthg must fill in for that price. b, forget the sitting in for long in short uncomfortable chairs, just look at this place make me never want to come in in the first place. What with that stupid lighting and white paint color? All white, to the point that only waiting for the drink make my eyes hurt alot, let's alone sitting. The outdoor space is more of decor than actually for customer to sit in. The owner is seem to be very young so i will say this straight so you guys dont trip down futher. What kind of matcha do you guys trying to re-created? From the look, you guys trying to make artisant matcha, the high-end of this product, some kind of signature drink. But i will be real. The matcha latte stuck at the throat after 1 sip. Houjicha latte is by far, one of the worst thing i have ever taste in any coffee shop. The taste itself is blant but muddy and bitter like you guys forget to throw away and serve me the first dirty water of the tea. I dont know exactly what tea you guys use but i guess black tea? That the only thing i taste that somewhat similar and as same as matcha latte, it stuck at my throat after 1 sip. I dont expect it to be sweet or creamy but atleast when i see latte, i expect a smooth foam from it that mix with the drink below in the first sip. Then the most questionable of all is the smell. Tea suppose to have distinct aroma and using a big mouth cuo is one of the best way to feel the aroma but i smell very little and i mean very very little from my drink from a cup and again, you guys actually ask if you can use take away cup which i asume will reduce that to nothing. I dont taste hot cocholate but seem like it also not really good as half of that cup was left behind. Pick ur style carefully. I would say 2 star is abit harsh but from my stand point, that the best i could give this place. Either be an average coffee shop or try to be the real high-end. You guys copy this concept very half ass. The price for the drink is the premium one while ur skill, servive and store asmosphere is nowhere near this standard. P/s: this is my very detail review cause i few very annoying by this place. At least try to get more real review. We all know that 5s review from acc that only have 1-2 review is from family and friend that never actually want to write a review but was ask to help to write 1 so they do it with little to none effort. 1 sentence and that all.
