Kyuukei Coffee

Wow! A hidden gem with fantastic blends of coffee located right next to AV. They’ve a wonderful decaf blend that’s fruity with miso and chocolate all the way to the end. Tastefully complex .. hard to tell it’s a decaf . Their Peru origin house blend Diamante has an elegant sweetness and body with delicate flavors. The Yunnan origin Banka has a surprising milk tea & chocolate flavor. Very nice! Thanks Jonathan and team. We’ll be back.

Super happy visit as I’m glad to find another good specialty coffee shop in the neighborhood other than tionghoe :) The owner is an Australian (and I hope that’s enough to convince you the coffee here is superb :)) Staff here are friendly and nice :) they would give recommendation and help you to navigate their extensive pour over menu. Their bakery is delicious too!! They do not open on Sundays unfortunately..

Nice cafe that is an ideal rest place to destress and enjoy your coffee. Great coffee, nice cakes and friendly service. I tried the flat white and lemon cake. Their espresso-based coffees are double-shots as standard, and $5 for a flat white is very reasonable. The cake was moist, yet light and fluffy. I liked that it had a granular texture too. The only drawback of this place is the very limited seating - a few stools indoors and a few tables outdoors. On a hot day, it's going to get uncomfortable if you don't secure the stools. Thankfully, the weather was pleasant when I visited. A special compliment goes to the two ladies manning the counter that were proactive, patient and very helpful. Oh, and bonus points too for the cat-themed decor.
