Koko Black

What has happened to great chocolate and great service in this store, the Australian collection chocolates no longer available in single form, I chose other individual chocolates for a gift and said to the girl they were for a gift ,they were put in a white paper bag and a sticker, not the service or gift wrapping I used to get, I have spent over $1500 on chocolates for gifts from koko, I particularly wanted the lemon myrtle chocolates for an international guest, I was offer the chocolate block as an alternative abd asked to try some, yes that would be lovely, I was handed what could only been described as a crumb that even a mouse would leave. !!!!! New staff that really had no interest in helping me, really dissapointing,, so koko black, this really needs to be fixed
