Extremely good service from Angela! Bought a nespresso Tea Pod set + DIY Tea Set for my parents as their birthday present. Angela helped me to get everything arranged even tho it was a public holiday and on a last min basis! My parents loved the gift! Beautiful packaging too! Kudos to a.muse projects. I love the concept of this custom tea blend company — it’s such a unique and thoughtful idea, perfect for gifting or enjoying something personal and meaningful and I had fun deciding what/how to blend. That said, I was initially disappointed when my order arrived — the labels weren’t printed properly and the packaging didn’t feel gift-ready. Since this was meant as a present, it fell short of expectations. I reached out to ask if they could perhaps send a new label or box so I wouldn’t have to waste the already custom-blended tea. To their credit, even though it was handled by a new staff member, they replied to me late at night, apologised sincerely, and insisted on reprinting and sending over a completely new package — which I hadn’t even asked for. That gesture really showed how much they care about customer experience and getting things right. Mistakes happen, especially with new team members, but it’s how a company responds that truly matters — and they went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending them to others.

Angela conducted a private tea blending workshop for my fiancée and I and our close friends. We all enjoyed the experience blending our own teas. Angela came around to taste our blends (some of which were... very raw) and gave us tips and advice on adjustments we could make. We also loved that semi competitive activity of identifying the different teas and ingredients at the start of the session. Can't recommend A.muse projects enough. Definitely a unique experience!

First tried their tea at The Warehouse Hotel. Taste is great, went on to their website to order 2 qty of tea for colleagues' pregnant wife. Delivery managed to be fulfilled within the next day. Although initially one of the item was sent to the billing address instead of shipping address, I managed to contact them via WhatsApp and issue is resolved within the same day. -review as of 21 Jul 2020.
