Amazing selection of beans! This is a literal heaven for coffee lovers. I had a bit of a communication barrier with the barista but eventually he understood my order. Every step was detailed and executed with precision, resulting in the coffee perfectly extracted. You have to come here if you enjoy specialty coffee. You will be spoilt for choice.

As you enter, you’re struck by the concrete and stainless steel interior, and the colourful rows of test tubes presenting a wide array of coffee beans. The barista explains that the concept of the cafe is like a laboratory. The beans are in a wide range of origins, processes, and prices. You can choose the bean to be made as a half cup or full cup of pour over, hot or iced. They serve the coffee in wine glasses with large bowls. The coffee was delicious and the barista was very friendly. If you’re into specialty coffee, I think it’s worth the visit.

This is really a playground for explorative coffee drinkers (they have more than 40 beans to choose from, I have no idea how they manage it). The cost ranges from the standard ¥650 all the way to ¥4000 for a cup, so please check the price tag on the beans while you choose. Even for the cheaper beans, the flavours promised were delivered, so go for whichever suits you best.
