After tasting many coffee beans (Italian and non-Italian) I found the products of the Andraschko company: what more can I say -> truly exceptional. Highly selected high quality products and perfect roasting. Furthermore, the combination of the Wiener Kaffeehausmischung Espresso Blend with the Pillipp Elisen gingerbread is truly perfect. What a coffee!!!! If there is one thing in life I’ve learned. Time’s to short for a bad coffee, bad whisky and a bad smoke. Andraschkos Coffee Artists make coffee the way I would make it, if I had a clue. Simple as that. I knew the BAR ITALIA ROAST forever and I tasted the WIENER MELANGE as well. Today I found the time and motivation to buy my coffee right at there Manufacture. And surprise, instead of just two kinds of espresso I left with 4. Just gave the BUENA VISTA PRIMÈRO a try. And it’s heavenly. Exactly what I wanted. Thanks to the very friendly staff for the service and suggestions. And the best argument to buy your coffee here even in small amounts. 10% off the official offers.

The worst and the most unprofessional customer service I have ever seen in my life, thanks Daniel, Jens etc. My online order got doubled because of their system. I made several calls and no support, no apologies whatsoever. People who replied my phone calls or my mails have no clue about helping out to customer. It sounded like they do not even know how things work in this place. I did my purchase on 2nd March. I am still waiting for my refund today, 31st March 2023. It seems that I will not get it back... just wow! As a result, be careful when you are doing an online purchase from this place!!! Not recommended at all !

The delivery of the order was very fast. The packaging is very thoughtful, and the coffee was rosted on the day of the order. I am very impressed!
