via GoogleIni bukan pertamakalinua kesini tapi pengalaman terburuk. Pertama, aneh banget tiba2 disuruh valet service parkirnya padahal sekitarnya jg kosong. Pas aku nolak, lah dibilang oh gapapa kalau gak mau valet, parkir maju di sana aja ya. Lah?? Tapi yang paling sakit ati itu si kasirnya. Gak sopan banget bust sekelas Anomali. Saya pesan, udah bayar. Terus mau tambah. Dia nanya, “Emang yang tadi udah bayar?”. YA UDAH LAMA DIBAYAR DEPAN DIA. Masa nanya gitu. Warung kopi emang? Kan ada catetannya di situ. Puncak gongnya dari kasir gak tau diri ini, pesenan saya 10 menit gak datang. Orang yg pesen setelah saya udah dapat minuman mereka. Pas saya tanya mana ice chocolate, dia bilang “emang pesen ya tadi?”. Ternyata bener tuh pesan. Tapi JAWABAN MACAM APA ITU? Akhirnya dianter, gak minta maaf jg. Gak akan kesini lagi karena pelayanannya yang level WARUNG dan omongan kasirnya yang nggak SOPAN. Kalau gak ditegur, keluar aja kerja di tempat laen kalau cuma bisa bikin sakit ati konsumen dan gak layanin dengan baik. Dia pake kaca mata. Banyak tempat lain yg lebih baik dari ini, gak usah ke Anomali Menteng.
