Great experience in a locally run business. All the pastries are made on site . Seriously delicious. I met the owner and pastry chef today . Really nice ladies . Very friendly and knowledgeable. The fruit tart was over the top . I had that with a Cortado. It was made perfectly. The cafe has much more to offer, with a full take out menu and a Great selection of prepared foods to go. I think I even saw rotisserie chicken. The cafe is located inside Newkirk Plaza Best Pastries in the Neighborhood

This place was on our radar because of their halal Asian sandwiches. When we finally went we came for breakfast. We had some of their sandwiches, bagel with salmon, and drinks. It turns out you can have any of their breakfast sandwiches as a platter instead. Breakfast was so good we left with sandwiches for lunch, soup, veggies, and some other goodies. We enjoyed lunch at home later, the homemade soup and veggies were well done, filling, well made. Everything we’ve had here so far tasted great and you can tell everything is fresh. The location is right in front of a train station, if you’re in a rush they have breakfast sandwiches prepped and ready to go. The staff is so friendly and you can tell repeat customers have a great relation with them. So glad there’s a halal venue of this nature around. I’m really looking forward to trying other things on their menu.

The place is cool. Close to subway and it's halal. They have varieties of sandwiches, burgers and pastries. The staff is friendly and service was quick. I ordered Chicken Banh Mi, it was $15.00 and chicken was dry. I don't mind paying the high price but food has to be good.

This place is a breath of fresh air in the neighborhood. It elevated the standard of the whole area in many ways because it is nicely designed, decorated and made cozy which isn’t the norm. It’s much more than just coffee. Their pastries, variety of sandwiches, burgers, soft drinks, bagels, rotisserie chicken, salmon, vegan meals, retail items, ready to eat hot portioned meals are all good stuffs. If you are in the area, you may want to check it out. I grab my morning coffee and freshly made egg & avocado sandwich from here very often. It’s also a good place to sit down with my laptop on weekends while I enjoy my coffee and sandwiches. Staffs are friendly and amazing too.

It might seem a little pricey but the quality of deserts are bomb, great to treat yourself and give to someone on any day of a special occasion. Level of Wholefoods and even better. Ingredients are bomb and not too sweet, extremely high quality. You pay more for this but get top grade desserts, Michelin star quality. Check them out.
