via GoogleThis place deserves to be closed down. I have never known such rude, unhelpful, ignorant staff. For medical reasons, my partner cannot have caffeine. The shop doesn’t offer it, so we asked for a cup of hot water (along with two coffees) so we could make our own drink. We would pay for a full coffee. Three members of staff asked each other, then said no.
