Artcaffé Restaurant

I was after their savory pasties which they sell in 4 or 5 varieties but they couldn't even tell me which one was which and insisted that they never know which has not been the case in my previous visits and in other branches. The wait was also long. The the two ladies behind the till were attending to a couple when one server would have been enough. I also asked the lady at the till to seal my loaf of bread, and instead of doing it, she passed me a stapler! Customer service needs to be improved.

Was at art cafe Lavington Served By a nice gentleman called Joe. Recommended great food and drinks. Very humble and friendly. If you're not sure of what to eat ask for Joe.

Great atmosphere and quality food. Great when looking for healthier options

I ordered a mango juice but was given it in a takeaway container because there were no more glasses available. I was quite disappointed as the portion was smaller than expected, yet I was still charged the same price. This really affected the overall experience.
