Artcaffé Restaurant

I have been to this Artcaffe several times because it is closest to where I stay in Nairobi. I enjoy the open rooftop sitting. Recently, I returned to find they have revamped their menu. I was encouraged to try something new, so I ordered the Green Harvest Bowl which pleasantly surprised me. The grilled chicken was tasty, the mixed green veggies, hummus and guacamole were too. The spinach was nicely cooked, and the accompanying rice and ciabatta bread was more than plentiful. It was an odd, but successful, combination of tastes from around the world, which I did enjoy. One drawback of this Artcaffe is that it takes so long for the food order to come out. This has been an ongoing issue, but was my only complaint on this occasion.

Have been coming for a while and like everything about this art cafe... except today I learnt the "cocktails" are garbage. They aren't cocktails, they taste like a shot with a syrup. Long island ice tea was just a shot mix. Didn't taste of any sweetness or citrus, no fizzyness and definitely no cola used, which is intended to mask some of the alcohol. Will not be trying any of the others.

Artcaffe’s coffee offerings are equally impressive, making it a top choice for caffeine enthusiasts. Also happy hour closes by 7pm On the food side, Artcaffe doesn’t disappoint. Their menu is diverse, featuring options that cater to various tastes, from hearty breakfasts to satisfying mains and indulgent desserts. Fresh ingredients and flavorful recipes are evident in each dish, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Overall, Artcaffe Rhapta Road hits the mark for both convenience and quality, with attentive service adding to the experience. Whether you’re looking to be productive or simply unwind, it’s a go-to spot with just the right balance of ambiance, delicious food, and outstanding drinks.

The experience was very nice . I sat at the bar counter and the Bartenders were so friendly and offered a good service ,with amazing cocktails #ifYouLikeItCrownIt.
