For the coffee alone, it's great at 4 or 5stars. But I gotta say the service and workers here brings it down to 1 or 2stars. Nothing bad happened to me personally, but as I observed around while having my drink, I realized the type of service and attitude towards you will depend on "where you're from" and what language you speak ... they literally asked everyone "where you from" When myself and others asked to use their toilet, they choose who to allow to use it or not. Also they choose whether you can sit while using their wifi or not as well. I'm guessing it all depends on "where you're from" As a few previous reviewers here mentioned before, I have to agree that the workers here do appear to be extremely racists.

Couldn't be disappointed. Once inn once in loved Highly recommended to all.

Great coffee luwak beans and the service - the girl kindly explained to me about the beans they sell, so I can choose what I like best.

No specialty coffee, only robusta. No pour over or any other kinds of brewing, only phin and espresso machine. Maybe it was good before, but not now for sure.
