Great place with a wide variety of tea leaves to choose from. The staff (Sone) was very welcoming and did a great job explaining to us the tea leaves, and letting us try some of the tea. Thanks to her we felt very welcome and bought some tea to bring home!

Incredible experiance. We found Bai Mieng rather by coincidence and we're amazed by the highly skilled way how the tea was prepared for us. Definitely a highlight on our visit to Luang Prabang. It's a must visit in my opinion.

She kindly and patiently explained everything about the tea we tasted (Chalao Bouham), and her friendliness made the visit truly unforgettable. Of course, we bought three different kinds of tea, including a white tea, and she packed everything perfectly for traveling. Thank you for preserving this beautiful tradition and sharing it so generously with travelers like us.

We stumbled into this place by pure accident—an unassuming sanctuary tucked away from the street noise and touristy souvenir shops—a genuine gem. This isn't your average tea shop; the experience is personalized and special. We were treated to a tasting of expertly brewed- we chose white and enjoyed watching the brewing process. It’s unpretentious, relaxing and restorative. If you’re tired of the tourist hustle, pull up a chair here. It’s a masterclass in simplicity and authenticity.
