I had one of the worst coffee experiences here! A soya latte that was completely undrinkable. I also asked for skimmed/low-fat milk, which wasn’t available. The tables were dirty and sticky, which is unacceptable for a location carrying the Barista brand. Truly disappointing!

My everyday go-to coffee spot. Very friendly and helpful staff who always go above and beyond to help customers choose and figure out what they want to order. They are very patient, professional, and always treat customers well, with a nice smile. I've never been disappointed with their service. The food is really tasty, and the bagels and sandwiches are my favorites, in addition to all the coffees they offer. They even recommend drinks based on the mood we’re in—they’re that friendly! Haha . They always value our opinions and reviews of the food, and take them seriously to improve both their service and the quality of their offerings. I’ve been visiting this place for more than 4 years, almost every day. It’s a great atmosphere to work and relax, with friendly staff and a clean, neat environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone

I recently visited the Barista outlet at WTC, and I was blown away! From the moment I stepped inside, the friendly staff made me feel like I was part of the family. They greeted me with warm smiles and took the time to explain the menu, which had a ton of delicious options. I tried one of their specialty lattes and a signature sandwich, and both were absolutely amazing. The coffee had a rich, smooth flavor, and the sandwich was really tasty. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax or get some work done. The staff’s attentiveness really stood out - they checked in just the right amount without being overbearing.
