BING SUTT

Authentic HK style cafe food :) it's small and cozy but it tastes like home ! In fact, the Bo Lo Bao (Pineapple Bun) tastes even better because I feel like the bun to crust ratio is better (less bread) and the consistency of the bread feels more elevated than in HK. The egg tart for me was a little less crumbly than I liked but the custard centre was perfect. HK style milk tea tasted good too though I wished they gave me the option to add sugar myself as I found it a little too sweet. Overall positive and authentic!

The milk tea at Bing Sutt was excellent—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. It had that deep, aromatic tea flavor that makes a great Hong Kong-style milk tea. However, I wasn’t a fan of the egg tart. The pastry was delicate but crumbled too easily, making it a bit messy to eat. The filling had a strong egg taste, which overpowered the expected creamy sweetness. That said, the ambiance was nice, and the service was friendly. I’d definitely come back for the milk tea but would probably try a different pastry next time.

As a hong konger it's always nice to see a new restaurant specializing in Hong Kong food, but I am afraid their char siu rice is not authentic. The bbq pork was too lean, and the sauce was not right. The veggies and eggs were good additions. The staff and the decor was nice. Clean space. It's a cafe with a very simple kitchen setup so I don't think they can do serious cooking. Stick to the pastries I guess, though I didn't try them.

Such a cool little place. They even do supper clubs. The milk tea+coffee Yung Yueng drink was great. They had some specialist bakes which everyone enjoyed. Nice chilled vibes and the decor was super cool.

So happy to have stumbled upon this place. We had the sesame and tea latte, and loved both. Unfortunately when we went there was no food left, but I will definitely come back and try!
