Blue Coffee at Phra Singh

Coffee is good. I ask for dark roasted coffee, then the barista recommended espresso with long shot to make the menu more dark-roasted taste. The price is affordable. Only 80 bath for ice espresso. The plastic cup will be served only for takeaway which is good for environment.

​Honestly this place has such a great setup for relaxing after walking around or just sitting quietly to read and work. Too bad the peace did not last. Suddenly the staff started blasting something on their phones with the speaker on. I think one of them was calling someone and just left it on speaker while waiting for them to pick up. On top of that they were talking so loudly among themselves. It totally wrecked the vibe. It is a real shame because the drinks and desserts are actually incredible. They have a huge variety of drinks to choose from and the desserts are delicious. The prices are totally reasonable too. Everything is on point except the staff. They were not very friendly and they were the ones who ruined the whole experience.

Nice place, nice vibe, friendly staff... I don't know how much of an impact this will have (my guess is absolutely zero).... but why does every single bar, cafe, shop, restaurant just keep piping out this awful, soulless, dead, meaningless AI-Generated music? Seriously? Why? You know can just stick on a youtube playlist with some actual, real music, or invest in Spotify / Apple music? Why does so little care and effort go into such a seemingly simple thing to fix? I say effort, there's no effort. Have some pride in your business, your staff and treat your customers like humans, not robots. PLEASE STOP PIPING OUT THIS DRONING, MEANINGLESS AI-GENERATED AUDIO SLOP.
