Boo Chocolate

The best place if you wanna know something about cocoa beans and chocolate. Boo is amazing, she knows a lot about what she is doing. I definitely recommend to take "from bean to cocoa" set. I guess it's better to call before arrival.

P Boo is such a person who passionate of cacao and put 100% of heart to run the farm. Boo and team are friendly and they really contributed their 100% to their job. I’ve learned the knowledge of cacao from them.

We had a wonderful time at Boo Chocolate ! We did the workshop “From cocoa farm to chocolate bar”. It was really interesting to learn the whole process of making a chocolate bar (in a perfect english), and to taste every intermediate product. It was of course delicious ! It was a whole tasting + learning experience with quality explanations, much better than what you can find in the big tea plantations in northern Thailand.

We came especially from Bangkok to visit Boo’s chocolate workshop. And we will come back! The chocolate is made tree-to-bar and is truly amazing. Boo will guide you in a chocolate journey, making you taste everything from the cocoa pod (from her plantation) to the cocoa juice, cocoa nib, hot chocolate, chocolate bar… She explains very well and speaks good English also! You better call or write to book an appointment in case she’s working in her plantation.
