Abbiamo ordinato una carbonara e ci è stato portato un piatto con un tuorlo crudo al centro, erba cipollina e qualcosa di simile alla pancetta, nel complesso non sapeva di niente. ho chiesto un calice di vino rosato e mi hanno portato un calice di vino bianco. ho ordinato anche una poke che tutto sommato era accettabile, salmone fresco, mango fresco, avocado fresco, il tutto totalmente affogato nell’aceto di vino bianco non richiesto.
