Cafe Tujoh

Looking for a place to cure my caffeine intake of the day and found this cozy cafe! It situated at the middle of housing area. With 2 seating area, one inside and the other under airwell, shine by natural sunlight which make the cafe lively! The Carrot cake was good and the Pandan Latte was special and nice. Will visit again for their main course.

The owner was kinda rude :( we were seated right in front of the counter, a guy came and asked for a water, and as far as i know they dont serve free still water, so the woman who manned the counter put out mineral bottle which i guess the customer asked for a free one, but then idk what happened but the woman said in a very condescending tone of “theres no such thing as free water” with a very annoyed face. I dont know the whole story if the guy came off as annoying first but you shouldn’t react like that to a paying customer. Could have word it nicely hmmm. And then my food came, since i was slightly off the mood already, my creamy tomyum pasta was absolutely tastes nothing like tomyum… it was sour, and that was it. SOUR. With no flavor of tom yam or spicy taste AT ALL. Idk if its always taste like this or it just a bad day for me. Again, i wouldn’t dare to say anything after the “water” incident. I just ate the salmon then that was it. Tak sedap im so sorry, tak sedap yang tak boleh makan because masam sangat2.

went here today for lunch and the place itself was super nice! the food were 7/10 imo at best because of their pricing and portions but what i want to highlight here is that i was totally upset by the staff's service. asked them what they recommended based off the menu and they responded very poorly as if i was disturbing their time. i could understand if we were being rude about it but me and my friends were totally disappointed by this because we asked them so nicely about it. i think it is important for the staff members to have good mannerisms with the customers dining there to ensure that everyone has a good experience. it's just unfortunate that we didn't really have a pleasant experience with the customer service :(

Went there because it's highly recommended by a good friend but turned out to be a letdown. (please refer to individual pictures for my food review)

We ordered mushroom soup, pesto pasta, big chicken burger, the salmon along with 2 cakes, which were all quite delicious! Our only gripe was with the service provided by the waitress with glasses. There was a clear lack of hospitality and tact in serving us, and clearly we are not the only customers who have felt this way based on previous reviews. The other waitress was lovely and accomodating. Other than that, a lovely experience, would come again!
