via GoogleĐầu tiên, mình xin dành một lời khen nhỏ cho quán vì có hai không gian (phòng lạnh và ngoài trời), hiện đang trang trí noel khá dễ thương và bắt mắt. Tuy nhiên, điều khiến mình thật sự thất vọng là cách phục vụ và đào tạo nhân viên của quán: - Thứ nhất: Khi mình đến quán thì trời đang mưa, mình và bạn mình để ly nước trên bàn rồi chạy vào trong trú mưa. Chỉ khoảng 2–3 phút sau quay ra thì ly nước của mình và bạn mình đã bị dọn mất, trong khi chưa có ai hỏi xem chúng mình có còn ngồi nữa hay không - Thứ hai: Lúc đó chúng mình có nhìn về phía một anh có vẻ là quản lý hoặc chủ quán, mình nhìn khá lâu nhưng anh ấy chọn lờ đi. Mãi sau anh ấy mới ra mời mình vào phòng lạnh, dù mình đã đứng ngoài hiên gần 5 phút trong lúc trời đang mưa. Mình đã từ chối vào vì lúc đó đã quá muộn, không còn nước để uống nữa - Thứ ba: Dù nhân viên có lỡ dọn nhầm bàn thì người quản lý nên chủ động xin lỗi khách. Nhưng ở đây lại để một bạn nhân viên khác ra xin lỗi qua loa, khá thiếu thiện chí. Mình kết luận về trải nghiệm này khiến mình rất thất vọng về cách phục vụ và thái độ xử lý tình huống của quán. Mình hiểu quán mới mở nên có thể nhân viên còn thiếu kinh nghiệm, mọi thứ chưa thật sự trơn tru điều đó mình hoàn toàn thông cảm. Hy vọng quán sớm hoàn thiện khâu đào tạo nhân viên và cách xử lý tình huống với khách, vì thái độ phục vụ và sự tôn trọng mới là điều giữ chân khách lâu dài

Chất lượng tôi không đánh giá vì quán mới mở nhưng cần cải thiện thêm. Nhân viên ngày đầu tiếp khách nơi hơi rụt rè nhưng không quá đáng kể. via GoogleMình có oder 2 viên cheese ball nhưng nhân viên có bỏ thiếu. Mình có Feedback tại quầy thì nam nhân viên mang áo đỏ có thái độ khó chịu và phản hồi bỏ hết vào rồi kêu khách khuấy lên đi và nhăn mặt khó chịu trong khi đó là lỗi của ai ? Bỏ thiếu thì mới feedback chứ chưa kiểm tra kĩ ai lại đi feedback làm gì ? Quán mới khai trương thì cũng có thể thông cảm thiếu sót của nhân viên nhưng thái độ của nhân viên áo đỏ khiến mình cảm thấy khó chịu và không được tôn trọng. Nên chắc chắn không quay lại dù quán có không gian dễ chịu và nước ngon. Tất cả nhân viên đều nice trừ nhân viên nam mặc áo đỏ !!!
