CHEKHOV Coffee&food

So, I was in Nha Trang, walking around, and decided to try Chekhov Cafe. I'm so happy I went! Food was really, really good, beyond what I thought. Inside, the place feels nice, comfortable. Not too fancy, but like, clean and stylish. And I notice the owner must really love plants, because there are so many green trees everywhere, makes the place look very cool and fresh. Good for chilling out.. The food, very good! I ordered three things, and each one was a surprise, super tasty. First, beef with baked potato. The beef, oh, so soft, juicy inside, a little crispy outside. Smells so good with the herbs. Potato also nice and soft, full of flavor. The sauce, perfect for the meat. If you like good meat, must try this! Then, tuna salad with quail egg. This one, so fresh! Tuna, grilled just right, still pink inside, sweet. Green leaves, small tomatoes, and those cute little quail eggs, so yummy. A bit of onion, make it more interesting. Good for light meal, healthy too. Last, the blini pancake with salmon and sour cream. This one, my favorite! Pancake so soft, warm. With the salmon, a bit salty, and the cold sour cream with dill..., all together, perfect taste. Overall, Chekhov Cafe is not just for coffee, it's a real good restaurant. Food quality, ingredients, everything is top. And the place is nice, staff also friendly. If you come to Nha Trang, you should really go here. I will come back for sure!

This is my first time trying Belarusian food, and I tried their signature dish, roasted beef with mustard draniki, which was just okay. This brunch restaurant is located in a small alley and 2nd floor is better and the balcony seats are probably the best seats. The space is rather small, but they keep things clean.

This is a truly charming, beautifully decorated place reminiscent of a Parisian cafe, offering food with a Russian flare. While the service was pleasant and the ambience is excellent, unfortunately, we weren’t so impressed with the food. The smoked salmon I had was rather tasteless compared to other salmon I’ve had recently in town and the avocado on my brioche just wasn’t a very nice texture or variety of avocado, in my opinion. The potato pancakes were tasty but we felt the portions of both were quite pricey. The food was enjoyable, but not as special as we had hoped for. As the owners and staff are the most pleasant people we hope they will take note and find a way to make improvements. Regardless, Chekhov is delightful and I’m sure many folks will enjoy their time there.

CHEKHOV Coffee&Food is a decent place with good, well-made draniki. Prices are a bit on the high side, but the staff is polite and the atmosphere is fairly cozy. There’s nothing particularly special that would make me return, yet everything was solid. An honest 5 out of 5 for a proper, satisfactory experience.

What a beautiful space with amazing food! Really recommend this place while you are in Nha Trang. Food is fresh and delicious, coffee is tasty and atmosphere is cozy. They have two floors and nice balcony. Stuff is friendly and welcoming. I had syrniki and pancakes, didn’t eat such a good stinks for a long time. Thank you!

The breakfasts are especially delightful — tasty, with a focus on Russian cuisine, which creates a homely feeling. It’s no surprise that the place is popular among Russian-speaking guests.
