via GoogleVery cute little cafe in Sawtelle, really close to the main downtown strip. My matcha oat latte was really good, could be a little stronger, but really delicious. Plenty of seating inside and outside, cute aesthetic decorations. The staff was super nice as well, and really made the experience!
The Baseline
via GoogleThe Baseline: For a coffee shop the baseline involves the quality of the roast, the taste of the coffee, and the preparation of specialty drinks/food items. Food: The coffee here is really good and has a good taste based on the roast. The Chagaccino I had was a mushroom mix with monk fruit sweaters which took apart my personal guilt level. There are lots of choices for milk alternatives and they also serve matcha along with grab and go food offerings. Service: The staff was friendly and efficient in preparing my order. My servers have always took great care in preparing my drinks. Ambiance: This place has a fun decor and you get to watch the staff fix your drinks. It has a good flow with indoor outdoor seating but the indoor might as well be outdoor as the sliding glass is usually open to the outside.

via GoogleThis is one of my favorite third space in the neighborhood. I am there often with my dog, to get my morning coffee and work an hour or two. Their drip is one of the better ones and they make a lot of tasty espresso and matcha. Love the outdoor patio space they have and the baristas are also friendly. The vibes are always chill, I recommend it!

via GoogleCozy spot with coffee and matcha options. Came here with my fiancé for a caffeine pick me up after eating at Sun Nong Dan and there was a short line, but it moved quickly. There’s a few outdoor tables but the space is very intimate, so if you need to have a private conversation or take a personal call, it may not be the best place to work/study. Matcha latte was solid as was the latte. They had some fun iced drinks as well as some food. Indoor seating was available but that seemed to be more geared towards people working. Metered street parking available.

via GoogleI love that they offer their signature drinks with the choice of either espresso or matcha. As a huge matcha lover, I deeply appreciate that they don't skimp on the portion—you get a robust, full-flavored drink, not just a weak shot. Their matcha is clearly high quality, boasting a gorgeous, deep dark green color. The menu is incredibly creative without being overly sweet. We tried the banana bread matcha and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch coffee, and both were absolutely delicious!
