via GoogleWow. I am an avid earl grey fan. I saw they had a menu item called "Kickass London Fog" and they told me it was actually an espresso latte rather than a tea latte. I was a bit skeptical but I figured it was worth a shot. I love being proven wrong, it was AMAZING. So good in fact, we decided to go ahead and order their black sesame latte. This place is 2 for 2. It was so rich in flavor and was presented beautifully despite being to go. Such unique flavors from both drinks that do everything except disappoint. I hate to sound dramatic but this place has changed the coffee game for me. I can't wait to try their long list of pour overs and the seasonal ube delight. It was the perfect amount of sweet and espresso balance. No matter if you're getting a drink for here or to go, they put their all into it, coffee art and everything! If you are looking to try out a new local coffee shop, put this at the top of your list. Lots of people bring their laptops to get some work done or chill and read. There is a great and classy modern japanese industrial vibe. I want to gate keep this place so bad, but honestly that would be a crime. I look forward to coming back soon and maybe adding this into my weekly routine!

via GoogleFirst time trying The Coffee Project in Brooklyn. It is fantastic! Perfect place to work, there are plenty of outlets if you need to charge your laptop; also there is a good amount of seating, so even if it is busy you will probably find a spot. I arrived at 7:30am, there was only one other person, it is now 8:05am, and almost every table is taken. But still lots of counter/bar seats! I ordered a cappuccino with skim milk, probably the best Capp I've had in Brooklyn, and I've had a TON. Also, most (if not all?) of their pastries are vegan, and excellent. (in other words.... they don't taste vegan). Highly recommend!!

via GoogleThe cortado was a solid choice. Definitely well made by the friendly staff/barista. The location has enough seating area but was definitely busy with people using the area for work and the like. Besides coffee plenty of pastries and small bites were offered as well as branded merchandise such as tote bags and cups.

via GoogleAmazing coffee and coffee beans. Just wish y’all gave us the option of having some of the super light roast fruitier beans that you serve for pour over in espresso drinks instead. I always buy those beans to make cortados at home on my machine!
