豆の種類が豊富で、詳しい説明が書かれているし、質問にも丁寧に答えて頂けます。どの豆もオーナーこだわりの仕入れなので、個性があって格別に美味しいと思います。 オーナーが焙煎後に豆をザルに入れて天井高く振り上がる所作が、何故か神々しく感じられます。一度飲んだら、他のお店で買う気になれません。お値段もお財布に優しく、有難いです。
