Came here for their live jazz sessions, worth every penny. So so cocktails, but the price is pretty fair (including the service fees).

Tl;dr - Unless they fix their reservation and table allotment system, they will loose business and patrons. This could have been a 4 star rating, except it's a 2 star rating for the same reasons as some of the other lower ratings for this establishment. We walked in without a reservation, at 6 pm for a gig which was to start at 9. We were informed that most of the tables were reserved and that we would need to move at 830, which is perfectly cool and we agreed. We asked about a few bar stools which would have a good view of the performance, they told us that it was reserved. We obliged and they give us a seat which pretty much blocked the performance view. You can see the photo. Now, here's where things actually got problematic, when people with reservations started coming in, we saw that at 930 there were the seats with the good view still unoccupied, and they allocated them to other walk-ins , the same seats they had told us were reserved. Basic professional thing to do would be to ask patrons who have been there from a while and ask if they would like to move. Also, there were a couple of other tables that were empty, so when we raised the issue of the bar stools and asked about moving to the other table, I guess the person handling reservations didn't like it, she told us that if no one comes by 10pm she will allot it to us and ended up alloting it to another customer right in front of us. So yeah, that was it, we walked out. They lost what could have been a 4/5 star rating and a customer who would have ideally stayed and ordered a few more drinks. The reviews are pretty clear that it was not a one off thing, all they need to do is have a better way to manage allocation abd walk-ins.

The music was amazing. Hoang is a great singer and great personality, he really looks like he was enjoying the performance and his fellow performers too. Drinks were great and servers are friendly. Will definitely recommend their jazz performances. Look out on their instagram for upcoming performances. Please make a reservation beforehand, groups of 4 or more have to make a reservation on the spot as you have to pay a deposit of 100k per person. Groups of 3 or less can call for a reservation.
