via GoogleBest colds coffee drinks in town. Yogurt coffee while watching the sunset pretty nice. Or anytime here good. Friendly service. A bit of English spoken as well. Free wifi very fast. (I added the English version menu using Google lens photo to translate- hope it helps for those that can't read Vietnamese)

via GoogleThe Cong Caphe in Ha Long is a small but very nice Café, next to the ocean. I highly recommend the hot cinnamon cocoa. So delicious! The vietnamese cappuccino is also very good. High quality! :) The Café is small but it's very charming and nice inside. Some kind of military style. We liked it!
