We did the two day barista course and it was an amazing experience! Matthew (our instructor) was very knowledgeable. We got to taste the difference between different espresso brew times, grind size, and beans. Matthew was very patient teaching us how to steam milk properly and pour simple latte art. The class is perfect for someone interested in becoming a barista or simply wants to learn how to make a good cup of coffee.

Very well conducted. Pleasant and fun environment too. Matthew was friendly and well prepared. He was patient to teach each one of us and willing to take questions every time. Highly recommended for basic coffee skills and coffee art pouring sessions.

I used to be an instant coffee person. Quick to make in the morning. I graduated to coffee bags and aik cheong original became my standard. With more time on my hands now, I use a coffee filter. Iily ground coffee became my baseline standard. Looking for more variety, Cottle fits the bill nicely with its Melbourne coffee heritage. I got a free cup of coffee upon purchasing beans in person. Wow! Limited but free parking within their compound means I certainly be a repeat customer once I finish their "variety pack" which is a no brainer for those who are new to Cottle. Online purchase with free delivery (check t&c) is another winner! Wow!

Had a great experience during this 5-day Barista Course. My trainer was very patient, helpful, and made the learning process feel calm and easy. I learned a lot in just five days and gained valuable hands-on experience and confidence in my barista skills. Highly recommended!
