MUST-VISIT CAFE in Holland Village‼️ POPULAR coffee-specialty cafe @craftsmenspecialitycoffee , recently launched a revamped menu with mouthwatering dishes, satisfying desserts and delightful coffee ☕️. We had an incredible cafe date trying the enticing - food items such as Rosti, pulled pork, toast and desserts . Here’re what we had; 1️⃣CHAMPION BREAKFAST 2️⃣LOX & AVO RÖSTI 3️⃣CARNITAS FIESTA 4️⃣GRILLED CHICKEN CREAMY ROSE PASTA 5️⃣SEOUL STREET FRENCH TOAST 6️⃣WHITE WINE PRAWN AGLIO OLIO 1️⃣Side chick : Fried chicken (SMOKED CHILLI & GARLIC + SALTED EGG) 1️⃣HONEY BUTTER TOAST (mixed berry galore) 2️⃣Buttermilk waffle (GO NUTS) with kitkat spread and sea salt caramel ice cream Our / are marked ! I have eaten here a few times over the years and never had a great impression. Decided to give it another chance recently, but man do I regret it. 1. Our food took really long to come. At least 30 minutes, if not more. 2. Coffee was not bad, but not great. 3. Chicken waffle was really quite poor. Sauce wasn't a lot, and the chicken itself lacked flavour. It's kinda hard to mess up fried chicken and waffle, so this was surprising. The cheese was also not even melted which gave the impression of some cheap food kiosk. 4. Healthy Sourdough was definitely just an afterthought meant to push a vegetarian option on the menu. It was an inchoate mix of ingredients that they didn't even bother trying to gel together in any meaningful way.

LACK OF HYGIENE! Food is good but not for the service. Took my food and place it right in front of her and the customer keeps talking. They aren’t wearing mask for hygiene and what I am most afraid of is their saliva drop into the food and still serve over to me. It’s a nightmare.
