Cupping Room (Central) - We moved to 1/F, Hilltop Plaza, 49 Hollywood Road

I only tried a few coffees in Hong Kong. This one is the one I like the most. The city view from the shop window was superb as well. There's a famous bakery shop that sells egg tart near here, worth to check it out.

I hated the staff's attitude here. They don't deserve this much money. I 've ordered single origin hot pour over coffee, and it came out pretty late and in really small size that I've never experienced before. It is comparatively easy to make a great coffee if you choose to brew just a little amount. I am a coffee person who love to experience specialty coffee but the staff didn't explained any about the coffee, brewed coffee while eating something with their hands. Never gonna recommend this store. If you are a coffee person, plz go to OMA, not ever here.

(한국인만 간다는) 덩러우 벽화 근처에 있는 커핑룸, 유명하대서 와봤어요 원래 아이스아메리카노만 마시는데 라떼가 유명하대서 시켜봄 ! 플랫화이트와 호지차라떼 시켰는데, 호지차라떼 정....말 맛있었음 !!!!!!!!!! 깊고 고소한 맛이 정말 최고였음 한국에서 파는 검은색 두유인가 우유인가 ..그거랑 맛이 좀 비슷하다 느끼긴 했는데 그거 상위버전 ? 직원분도 넘 친절하고 좋았고 화장실도 내부에 있어서 맘이 편했음 !

難得平日放假約左好朋友到中環逛街，順便去埋Cupping Room新店食個lunch。 招牌甜薯條 即叫即炸非常新鮮，再配埋蛋黃醬和蜜糖芥末醬。完美配搭，食到停唔到口。 北歐式三文治 呢個三文治可以揀兩款Topping，我揀咗海鮮類，香煎帶子配牛油果及紅蝦。紅蝦新鮮彈牙，撈埋面頭嘅櫻花蝦，口感十足。牛油果組合永遠都係最正，大大粒帶子，煎香咗好香口，仲有魚子粒，性價比極高。 招牌忌廉雞肉意粉 呢個意粉係我每次嚟到Cupping Room都必叫單品。濃厚嘅忌廉汁，配埋雞肉煮嘅意粉，非常滿足。 雜莓法式西多熱香餅 French Toast有幾個口味，我哋揀咗- 雜莓，果然係不錯選擇，士多啤梨藍莓紅莓配埋呢個熱香餅食，必叫嘅甜品。
