Had really high hopes for this place - the space itself is gorgeous and excellent for co-working. However, the wi-fi kept dropping out, and my meal was average at best. The bacon tasted stale, portion was small, and the egg was overcooked. I would say the dish looked beautifully presented, if small, but was style over substance and didn’t taste as good as it looked. My meal was late and cold by the time it got to me. My partner’s meal was better than my avocado toast. Overpriced for mediocre quality. Absolutely gutted as would have returned regularly if it had been good. Staff were quite nonchalant and I had to get up from the table and chase down the waiter who I could see kept walking around to the wrong tables with my food!

I’m giving 4 stars as we’ve been to Danasol twice and both times the food was just plain, lacking in flavor. The coffee too had a unique taste unlike other restaurants. The atmosphere is great outside and though crowded, there was plenty of room. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking was the food. Very bland. My belief is that I shouldn’t have to add salt, pepper, or even hot sauce just to boost the flavor. I had a French style omelette and the fresh sprig of dill added a nice flavor to an otherwise simple dish. My wife had the cheesy omelette and again, the flavor was so mild, not even the sparse greens could help. Plus it was served very simply with no side whatsoever. The bread the omelettes were served on tasted very fresh and was a highlight, though toasting it would have kept it from getting soggy. It was very busy and our coffees came WAY before the food and unfortunately I was almost done drinking mine before the meal. Guess I needed another…

Great range of breakfast and brunch. Usually smoothie bowls are small but here they were a very good portion size. The smoothies were fresh and well made with no added sugar. The place is well decorated with outdoor seating that is covered but with enough natural light. Very nice place to work. Lots of nomads sitting here working!

It’s not often you find a spot that checks all the boxes, but this one does. The chicken pita is seriously good—juicy, flavorful, and packed with 200 grams of protein. Perfect if you’re looking to get some extra protein in. The vibe is great, laid-back but lively, and the staff is really helpful and welcoming. Bonus: there’s even a coworking space upstairs, which is super convenient if you need to get some work done. Definitely a solid spot worth checking out!
