I have been a client for several years now, and it was the only place I would buy chocolate from consistently. I haven’t been there for a while and recently came back twice to buy gifts and I am again reminded of the amazing and stable quality of these products. My experience was elevated even more last time when I was served by the owner (which I only realized later). Fantastic client experience, I was blown away by the knowledge and storytelling. I left the shop in great mood and felt like I got way more than chocolate. As someone working in hospitality, I am truly impressed by passionate people doing great job.

Edwin is a world-class chocolate maker. Every time I visit Paris, I buy 100 euros worth of chocolate from here and just stock up (he ruined chocolates from the US for me for good reasons). I buy chocolate bars from different origins and throw tasting parties at home lol. I particularly loved the way he incorporated spices and flavors from all over the world into the pralines. If you're lucky enough to meet him in person, you may also get the personal touch of his super storytelling. So inspiring!

unique interesting flavors and chocolate for all taste levels. Very informative and generous with sampling. Always a great experience there and very reasonably priced for the quality. They are serious about chocolate but not in an intimidating way. Perfect for gifting!!!

Go there! Period. I have read a lot of amazing reviews here about this place and Edwin himself. I saw a lot of reels that recommended visiting it. But our visit was beyond my expectations. We went there for my fiancé’s birthday. When we entered the store Edwin himself welcomed us and asked what are we looking for. We decided to go with the flow and let him walk us through his beautiful work. Not only he spend the time to explain each box and all the chocolate bars, ganaches and pralines, but what happened after was exceptional for us. He took us to the back of the store and spent more than 30 minutes walking us through the different types of cocoa he’s using for his chocolate. He thought us about how each gains its flavours and is it being processed. He did an actual degustation for us! - giving us different small pieces of chocolate, explaining us how to properly consume them to actually savour them and feel all the different flavours and textures. We started with the lighter ones going to some strong Papouasie Nouvellle-Guinée, then he restarted our flavour buds with his “fake Bounty” (as he calls it) and finished with one amaazing truffle. He was interacting with us, asking us questions, explaining everything in depth. You can easily say he is so passionate about his work and the cocoa! It was a lifetime experience and we are beyond grateful for the time he spent to do that for us. If you have the opportunity to visit the store - do it, even if he’s not there, support the young, talented and passionate people who want to make a change in this world and make healthy, extraordinary, extremely high quality, beautiful and delicious things!

This was truly a memorable experience. On my last day in Paris, I happened to stop in to Edwart because a coworker back home spoke very highly of the shop. I was not expecting to be treated to demonstration/explanation of the unique qualities of not just their chocolate, but cacao and chcolate production as a whole. You have helped open my mind up to milk chocolate. Many thanks . Next time I am in Paris, I will bring bread. Thank you!
