Good atmosphere, suitable for brunch, dining in or just studying. There are many seating options in upstairs. I came here quite often and the staff is always helpful and kind. There are different options for dishes, which I liked.

Bar on the ground floor where you can have a coffe or a fast snack, restaurant and aperitive spot at the first floor. Pastries are commercial. The restaurant is nice and cozy , the service is of good level but the prices are definitely too high, generally speaking 20% higher then what should be. The ingredients are good but commercial and the portion are pretty small especially for the appetizer (50 grams of soppressa and 2 slices of Asiago, even if served with lemon candies can’t be priced 16€) especially considering that the owner is not even a physical owner but it’s a company that belongs to the city council and it’s in charge of the catering of the Casino di Venezia and the museums. Again, overall is a very nice place with slight more then average food, but too pricey.

Went there to have a coffee. The ambiance is good and the staff is super fast and professional. Paid 1.30 Euros for macchiato. They accept cash and card payments. One suggestion, during coffee break or lunch time, they are overcrowded. Better to avoid at that time if you prefer something relaxing

I went in, ordered a coffee at the bar and simply asked whether I should wait for it at a table or take it myself from the bar. The rude blond girl replies "it's a question of respect", as if I had insulted her or something for simply asking what I should do. It's people like these, lazy incompetent rude workers, which are ruining Italy. If you cannot deal with customers then work in the kitchen or at a factory.
