EPICENTRE coffee shop

Fantastic place to have a good coffee and a light fresh meal. This location has recently been transformed and there is a new Boss. It is an hidden place in front of the canal and the boats. It is so Parisian and typical. The manager Félicien is so sweet. Please don't come, I don't want to share this wonderful address.

I ordered a latte and it was served so hot it was not immediately drinkable. I had to wait ten minutes before it was comfortable to drink. Nevertheless, I see potential in this café so I'm giving four stars. Please serve your milk coffees at a lower temperature

I chose this café because of its great reviews, but I was really disappointed. During a busy hour, management didn’t handle the rush well, they left just one overwhelmed staff member to manage everything alone. He was clearly trying his best, but it wasn’t enough. The terrace is too far from the main café, and without extra staff, service there suffers. I only received my main dish, no water, no drink I ordered. This isn’t the server’s fault, but a clear management issue. I hope they improve staffing and coordination to match the café’s potential.

Hey, I am so happy to tell everyone there is a new coffee place around canal de l'Ourcq, you can look out from the large window. Autumn looks great and peaceful from here :) good luck to them :)
